A garden spot of crisp greens, fresh vegetables, freshly cut seasoned fruits, and a variety of dressings and toppings will be offered for lunch. Whether you desire a large salad as the main course or a small side salad, our guests will be delighted by the variety and ever-changing selections. “Sensational Salads” will be offered self-service and priced by the ounce.

 

The “Sensational Salads” will feature a minimum of three Special Gourmet Salads and Premium Salad Dressing each day merchandised on attractive ceramic platters. Gourmet Salads will include:

 

Dilled Shrimp and Vegetables

Caesar Salad

Penne Pasta with Pesto Sun-dried Tomatoes and Olives

Marinated Vegetable Salad

Grilled Lemon Pepper Chicken Salad

Watermelon Salad with Kumquat Dressing

Each day, scrumptious fresh baked bread will compliment the salad selections. The bread cycle will be rotated daily to include Whole Wheat, Black Russian, and crusty Sourdough Loaf. Guests have the flexibility to indulge in a large slice or just a sampling, as it is self-service and priced by weight.
