2006 Annual Meeting
Lackmann Culinary Services held its Annual Meeting at the Culinary Institute of America on November 4, 2006. Over 100 managers and chefs from all areas of the company attended. After a brief introduction to the CIA'a 60-year history of excellence, Executive Chef Christian Fischer presented some exciting new ideas for Lackmann's American Kitchen Soup program.

The next event on our agenda was our keynote speaker. Our guest speaker for this meeting was Juan-Carlos Cruz, a television personality and celebrity chef. Chef Cruz documented his journey from pastry chef to low calorie guru. Read more about Chef Cruz here, or you can visit his personal website.
