Unit at Miami Dade College wins top honors at Florida Annual Meeting
The Lackmann Culinary Services Florida Annual Meeting was held on Saturday, October 8th. The meeting was held at the Tiger Tail Lake Center in Fort Lauderdale. The day consisted on active games, inspirational speeches and, of course, great food.
Miami Dade College was honored as Florida's "Unit of the Year". Miami Dade Director Franco Curiel was named Director of the Year. John Mondone won Chef of the Year honors.
