Lackmann Hosts 40th Anniversary Food Show

Hofstra University Arena was the site of Lackmann Culinary Services' 2006 Annual Food Show. The show was held on August 23rd from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM. This year's show was significant as it marked our 40th year in business as a leading Foodservice provider.

Lackmann is especially grateful to our suppliers who participated in this Food Show. Over 80 vendors, manufacturers and brokers participated. Without the participation of each of theses valued suppliers, the Food Show coul dnot have been the success that it was. Special thanks goes to the major sponsors of the Show: J. Kings, Tyson, Nestles, and Lamb Weston.

Highlights of the show included the Culinary Competion, won by Dennis van Oostendorp, and the dessert contest won by Haji Tunkara.
