Andrew Lackmann
Co-Chairman and CEO
Andrew Lackmann joined the Company 12 years ago. For the past two years, he has been responsible for directing all new business opportunities, entry into new geographic markets, internal same store sales growth, client retention, marketing initiatives and public relations functions. Under Andrew's guidance, the organization has brought in over $7 million in annualized revenues. During his tenure with Lackmann, he has also directed the Marketing Department, Lighter By Choice, the Company's healthy alternative program, and all promotional programs. Before his current position, Andrew oversaw Strategy 2000, an initiative that developed and rolled out to the Company all new opportunities in food, service, information systems, accounting, sales and human resources.
He also managed Lackmann's Dean Witter account (worth $3 million dollars) and the Adelphi University account, (worth $2.5 million dollars). Andrew has held jobs in every position in an account.
Andrew started his career with Hyatt Hotels as a Corporate Management Trainee in 1990. After completing the training program, he oversaw the convention services department and then moved on to oversee the Sun Garden lounge at the Grand Hyatt New York.
Andrew received his MBA from Hofstra University in 2003 and his B.S. in Hotel Administration from Cornell University in 1990, where he was the starting quarterback on Cornell’s football team.
