Ed Godziszewski joined the Company over 30 years ago. Ed has worked at every level in Lackmann and currently oversees the entire Southeast business, as well as a few very high-profile clients in the Manhattan area.
Prior to joining Lackmann, Ed learned his trade as a chef for many prestigious restaurants in Long Island, providing him with an extensive understanding of the fundamentals of a diversified foodservice industry.
Ed has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Food Service Management from the State University of New York at Buffalo. Additionally, he has an Associates Degree in Food Technology from the State University at Farmingdale.
