Heath Braunstein

Director of Purchasing and Director of Quality Assurance and Food Safety

Heath Braunstein has been a part of the Lackmann Culinary Services team for nearly 15 years.  He has held positions of progressive responsibility within the company including Unit Director, District Manager & Director of Training.  He developed and implemented both management and hourly team member training programs and streamlined the Quality Assurance process that assesses compliance to company standards.  In his current role he oversees all corporate and unit level purchasing activities, negotiates competitive pricing with vendors and manufacturers and maintains our FOOD Purchasing System data.  He is also responsible for unit level HACCP plan development and implementation.

Prior to joining Lackmann Culinary Services; Heath began his career with Marriott Corporation and managed several large B&I facilities in New York City.

Heath obtained his BA in Business in 1984 from the Michigan State University School of Hotel & Restaurant Management.
