Lackmann gives "A Taste of Compassion"
The First Presbyterian Church of Orlando hosted the Taste of Compassion on April 17th. This is a fundraiser for Central Care Mission and Compassion Corner which are organizations that help the many homeless victims in the Orlando area.
The Lackmann Culinary Services Booth at A Taste of Compassion. This Booth was awarded the prixe for Best Decorated.
The Lackmann Culinary Team of Executive Chef Bradley Zorian, Sous Chef Neil Jagnanan, and Unit Manager Kristy Lock hosted a booth, and LCS was also a corporate sponsor for the event. We created an exotic garden out of our booth and served southern fried alligator with a banana mango aioli, macadamia crusted jerk chicken meatballs with a mango infuser, and a golden tomato gazpacho with an avocado relish. We won the Best Decorated Booth for our first year participating in this event!
