09/12/08 - All Systems Nominal

 

Recent Outages:

08/18/08 - 03:00 pm - The internet connection is down. There is no access to Citrix at this time. We are working with the vendor to correct this problem as soon as possible. Service was restored at approximately 3:55pm.

08/07/08 - 09:30 am - The internet connection is not working properly. You will have sporadic problems connecting to Citrix. We are working with the vendor to correct this problem as soon as possible.

04/07/08-14:45 (2:45pm) - Internet Connection Speed Problem: We are experiencing poor performance that we believe is due to our Internet Connection. We have opened a support call with out service provider and are expecting the problem to be resolved shortly. During this time users may experience slow server performance.

On 10/12/07 at approximately 7am there were problems with both telephone and data service in the home office. This was due to a storm the night before which caused a cable problems between NY and Connecticut. The problems were resolved at approximately 3pm the same day. This was a Verizon issue.
