Sustainable Cooking Contest at Hofstra University

Lackmann Culinary Services partnered with Hofstra University's Commuter Student Association to celebrate Earth Month.
Sustainable Cooking Competition was held on April 29th outside Bits and Bytes as Executive Chef Rob McCabe and Corporate Executive Chef Christian Fisher led a team of students in preparation, cooking and presentation of dishes. Students served a panel of judges comprised of students, faculty and staff as they rated each dish. Corporate Executive Chef Christian Fisher's team won for their fantastic Free Range Grilled Chicken Breast with Avocado NY Corn Salsa.
